Terms & Conditions
By participating in a collaboration, you agree to the following: 1. Content Usage Rights: Pho City is granted the full right to repost, reuse, and publish your submitted and posted content - including reels, stories, photos, and videos - across our official social media channels, website, and digital/paid advertising campaigns. 2.Attribution: When reposting, Pho City will credit your Instagram handle whenever applicable on social media platforms. 3.Content Delivery: Content must be posted within 7 days of your dining experience. A copy of the original reel and stories may be requested for quality and reposting purposes. 4.Collaboration Type: a) Barter Collaboration: This is a non-cash exchange. Creators receive complimentary dining benefits in return for the agreed content. No financial payment will be provided. b) Paid Collaboration: Paid collaborations may be offered to selected creators. Payment terms, deliverables, and conditions will be agreed upon in writing prior to the visit. All other terms outlined here still apply unless otherwise specified. 5.Reservation Responsibility: Creators must confirm their dining date in advance to ensure availability.
